This is THE BEST facial cleanser there is in the market. It was recommended to me by my dermatologist. I've been using it for about 6 years now. It doesn't dry my skin and it leaves it fresh and very soft. It's perfect for acne prone and sensitive skin.

My dermatologist, who enjoys a stellar reputation, recommended this product to me. When possible, she believes in using drug store products but considers NeoStrata face cleaner in a league of its own. I honestly feel I can use anything other than highly perfumed soaps on my face and be happy but I have a daughter with super sensitive skin who tried this cleanser and swears by it. It is extremely gentle and does a good job of cleaning. My daughter says that daily use of this product has imporved the quality of her facial skin.

I love this cleanser! My face looks great, my skin is super smooth, and even with my normally parched-Minnesota skin, it does NOT over-dry. Would recommend!

Great Soap for Sensitive Skin, Watch for Breakouts Though Jun 27, 2007

This is a terrific soap for everyday use if you have sensitive skin or have had harsh chemical treatments on your skin. Exfoliates without overdrying...leaves your skin soft...and is really non-irritating. Almost every soap irritates my skin; this one is doesn't. One warning-- if you have oily skin or breakouts, do not use this everyday. Used alone, it does not clean oily skin thoroughly enough to prevent breakouts. However-- if you are using a harsh treatment for those things, like Retin-A or glycolic peels-- this soap is a terrific everyday cleanser to soothe your skin.

I started using NEOstrata about 7 years ago (bought it from my
Derma Doc.) It changed my skin! I had acne prone, over stressed, over 35 year old skin. I use this cleanser because it washes away with a nice finish without drying/tightness. worth a try!
